Vermicompost is essentially the decomposition of organic material (plant and/or animal origin) by earthworms. It produces excellent quality compost in ambient temperature conditions in a short period of time. The earthworms promote faster decomposition of organic material when compared to compost pits without earthworm. Vermicompost play an important role in improving growth and yield of different crops. Apart from supplying nutrients and growth enhancing hormones to plants, improves the soil structure leading to increase in water and nutrient holding capacities in soil.

We have initiated one unit which can produce 600 Kgs of Vermicompost is kept in process.
